Our program combines the top five most effective exercise regimens: High-Intensity Interval Training, Resistance Training, Bodyweight Training, Personal Training, and small group training utilizing the advantages inherent in each one to motivate our clients and ensure compliance to a lifestyle of exercise.
We also have a nutritional counseling program that integrates meal planning and nutrition with the psycho/social considerations that influence adherence to a healthy, abundant lifestyle.
Last, but not least, we incorporate group classes that women love like Pilates, Tabata, a Yoga program that puts the self back in self-care.
As a supportive community of women who understand the challenges of balancing family and career with self-care we are prepared to provide support, guidance and knowledge to help you regain the energy, and vitality you give to others. Let us provide that haven of personal time where the most important person in the room is YOU!

Your muscle mass and strength will decrease by 30-50% between the ages of 30 and 80. Our goal is to mitigate this decline in women over 30.
Our coaches are specialized across fitness spectrum with certifications in functional, resistance, body-weight, interval, personal and group training as well as yoga, Pilates, dance, and aerobics. To create a customized plan all in a welcoming community of supportive women.

CLASSES AND OFFERINGS
Small group, personalized training with one of our expert trainers. Our diverse trainers will keep your body healthy while keeping you motivated in 1 hour strength and cardio sessions, offered mornings and evenings throughout the week.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
GENTLE FLOW YOGA
Go with the flow on your mat. Especially designed for all levels.
Using Hatha yoga you will learn the fundamentals of alignment, breath, meditation, and postures – this class will fuse breath and motion to create ‘flowing sequences’ to help your move easier and feel lighter. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance along with mindfulness and breath control. This is a rewarding + meaningful hour on your mat.
This is a full body workout. Get a "head to toe" toning workout in this freestyle format class. This workout is achieved through high repetition movement and cardio exercises. This class uses body bars, barbells, dumbbells and more. Each class may vary in approach and all exercises can be modified to accommodate any fitness level. She will work every muscle in your body and a few you didn’t know you have.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
Keep your heart moving while working your total body in an hour of sweaty fun. This class is a well rounded workout using free weights and your own body weight to strengthen all major muscle groups; designed to define, shape and tone your body!
Meet with a Nutrition Consultant for help establishing meal plans and long-term nutrition goals, including help with finding a realistic meal plan for weight management. Each client is individually evaluated and provided with a well-researched and comprehensive plan they can follow. We are here to help you find enjoyment in eating well!
